Fixes:
- GePluginMessage() crash on passed argument
- Issue with SplineData.MakeUserSpline()
- BaseDraw.DrawPoints() out of range exception

Miscellaneous:
- Added script that shows how to effectively access and change the settings of an importer/exporter
- Updated script example for c4d.modules.snap module

Important addition:

It is now possible to access Snap features with the Python API. A new module has been added: c4d.modules.snap
Fixes:
- MatAssignData.InsertObject() can now be called (was raising a parameter error)
- CINEMA 4D crashed at exit when overriding GeDialog.AskClose() and GeDialog.Message()
- Assigning Ray.ior now actually set it (was assigning Ray.p instead)
- c4d.utils.Truncate() now returns a Real (was returning a Vector)
Miscellaneous:
- Added missing documentation for BaseDocument.ExecutePasses()
- Added code snippet about Enhancing the Main Menu
