Use this deformer to smooth the surface it is affecting. It can simply smooth the geometry as would do the Brush tool in Smooth mode, or it can make the mesh behave almost as a cloth.

This adds a lot of flexibility when modeling, especially when trying to model cloth objects, which are notoriously hard to get right with conventional modeling methods.
