This setting can be used to define the subdivision of edges or polygons along the Offset extrusion.

If Per Step is enabled, the number of subdivisions will be used as a multiplier for the Offset value. The extruded elements will be moved correspondingly further. When extruding points, the Subdivision value defines the number of additional subdivisions for each surface bordering that point.
