The new browser is an integral part of the workflow of Cinema 4D.

Developers can access the browser through the API, creating settings with custom parameters, custom icons and complete hierarchies. 开发人员可以通过 API 访问浏览器，创建带有自定义参数、自定义图标和完整层次结构的设置
Non-modal search dialog. Clicking on the search icon opens/closes the search pane above the directory views.
