As explained under Polygon Coordinate System, the Matrix Extrude tool, for example, orients itself to this coordinate system, which refers to the order of the points A, B, C and D of a given polygon. This sequence of points is what the Change Point Order command lets you change. More information is available in the Matrix Extrude tool’s documentation.
