Add Empty Motion Layer

Creates a new, empty Motion Layer in the Timeline (in Motion mode) for the object(s) currently selected in the Object Manager, for use with Motion Clips. If an object does not have a Motion System tag assigned to it, one will automatically be created and assigned.
